Removing <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> and NTP Services<br />

Procedure<br />

1. Run the <strong>Micro</strong>soft service tool Sc.exe.<br />

2. Type the following commands:<br />

sc delete "TMCM"<br />

sc delete "<strong>Trend</strong><strong>Micro</strong>_NTP"<br />

Removing a Windows-Based <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong><br />

2.x Agent<br />

To remove one or more agents, you must run the uninstallation component of the<br />

<strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> Agent setup program.<br />

Uninstall agents remotely, either by running the program from the <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Manager</strong><br />

server, or another server, or locally, by running the setup program on the agent<br />

computer.<br />

Procedure<br />

1. Navigate to Administration > Settings > Product Agent Settings.<br />

The Product Agent Settings screen appears.<br />

2. Click the RemoteInstall.exe link to download the application.
