6.3 Emergency Operation

When the pressure goes under 0,5 bar or goes
up 1,5 times over opening limit of relief valve (4,5 bar),
boiler must be shut down by applying emergency
operation immediately. Ensure that burner is shut
down and leave boiler for getting cold by itself.
Do not load water to boiler absolutely, open the
door of boiler room and get away from boiler. Call
authorized service immediately.
IMPORTANT WARNING !
Do not load cold water to boiler in any condition.
This situation may cause to important damages and
vital dangers.
Electricshock Danger! Before protective hat and
pieces of cover is taken out, all electrical connections on
boiler must be disassembled. Works that will be done when
electric is on, must be carried on by authorized people after
all necessary precuations are supplied.
As boiler works, in case of circumstances such as
limit exceeding of temperature or/and pressure,
overworking, steam overloading etc., boiler thermostat
must be shut down, pump must go on circulating certainly,
all gas and fuel valves must be shut down, boiler must be
left to get cold by itself. Uncapable and unlicenced people
must not barge to boiler. Opposite conditions may cause
serious life and property losses. The boiler will be out of
warranty in these conditions.
