It is suggested that after installation filling and air
ventilation processes are completed, installation pumps
must circulate the water in the system about one hour. It is
neccesary to release last air molecules and activate the
system completely. During the test circulation, pump
and/or pumps must be in use.
Caution: Boiler must not be operated certainly
without providing the water pressure completely and
releasing the air in the installation.
Boiler must be observed for a while after it is
activated, boiler water level must be controlled and
observed constantly by the suitable manometer which
is mounted to a convenable and traceable place in the
installation.
In case of a different pump mounting onto boiler to
provide hot water, circulation lines must be checked
carefully. In case of 4 way valve usage, water heating
installation should be done through another exchanger to
prevent wrong circulation.
Discharging of the Condense Water
Caution! Condense water occured during heating process
must be transferred via an convenable neutralizer
installation(accessory). pH value is between 3 and 4 for
gas fuels and between 2 and 3 for liquid fuels. Therefore
suitable neutralizer must be used.
Condense water line must be installed as slanting.
The line going to channel connection must be seen clearly.
Bottom drainage line must be under the chimney hood
level.
Neutralizer installation is not required for the liquid
fuel which has low rate sulfur (In accordance with ATV note
page A251). Generally , there is no need to neutralizer
installation in the boiler having 200 kW nominal heating
power.
For the neutralization of the boiler outlet water,
local waste water specifications and\or local specifications
must be taken into consideration.
