7. Cleaning and Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning

Electricshock Danger! Before protective hat and
pieces of cover is taken out, all electrical connections on
boiler must be disassembled. Works that will be done when
electric is on, must be carried on by authorized people after
all necessary precuations are supplied.
Cleaning consists of items below;
- Cleaning of the boiler from outside,
- Cleaning of combustion chamber and pipes of the
boiler ( this may change depending on operation).
It is strongly advised that cleaning and
maintenance of boiler must be done once in a year by
authorized services.
Attention: Insulation of front cover was made by
a material that is not required to be cleaned. Therefore,
do not clean with any shape or corrosive tool, do not
apply force or pressurized air, do not clean with fluids
like water, etc. In case of damage on cover insulation,
boiler will be out of warranty.
For cleaning of combustion chamber in boiler room,
open boiler cover, pull and take out turbulators with tools
which was delivered with the boiler. After turbulators are
taken out, clean them with a brush and brush holder, clean
smut and dirts accumulating to the side of flume hood
taking out the explotion hoot then repeating all the works
from reverse, assemble explosition hoot and turbulators,
close boiler cover and after bolts are tighten check if there
is gas leakage from connections.

connection and disconnection of turbulators.
Burner must be checked for impurity, cleaned and
processed to maintenance if it is necessary.
In case of necessity, clean boilers from outside.
Use only soft cleaning materials which will not damage to
surface. Cleaning of surfaces, heating the inside of the
boiler and burner, must be only done by authorized
service.
