3.9 Before First Start -Up

Installation
- Check burner connection of burner and
imperviousness of front and back covers at first.
- Interpose ceramic blanket delivered in cardboard
box between burner tube and door installation.
- Check sittings of sensor end protections to slot they
connected to, whether they are correct or not.
- Be careful while choosing burner and check combustion
setup
- Check connection of water and electrical wiring.
- Check water pressure from manometer. If water is not
enough,add water into the system. Because there is closed
expansion tank in the system, check whether system is
filled or not. It is necessary to be released of air if water
impact voice is coming from system.
- Check tightness of front cover filters after first 24 hours
working. If there is looseness, squeeze them.
- Check the rotation of circulation pump whether it is
right or not. If there is overheating or instant increase for
water temperature, check pump turning direction. If the
problem can not be solved, switch off toggle switch of
burner and call service.
- Set desired boiler thermostat value before ignition
- Beware that ventilation channels are always open.
