6.4 Training of Operator

Training;
Operating/First Start up
The person who will operate the heating system
must have training in detail about operating of system and
operating forms of safe tools and especially informations
that;
- Not to close or cover of air inlet side;
- Functionality control of explosition cover which is
necessary for good combustion ( See, Explosition cover );
- Not to store ignitable substances and fluids near to
boiler;
- Precuations of control that operator must have;
- Control of water pressure of manometer;
- Control of relief valve drain line;
- Release of installation air;
- To be given the information that “applications made
in regular time periods such as maintenance and cleaning
must be gone on by capable heating system experts” .
Documents;
- Instruction including short information about
operation of boiler must be placed to a close area to boiler.
- As documents related with heating system is
delivered, a warning about necessity of location of these
documents where boiler placed must be declared. (DIN
4756).
