11) Old growth boundary marking;<br />

12) Non-commercial thinning; and<br />

13) Hand or grapple piling and burning of slash.<br />

Subsoiling, items 1 and 2 on the sale area improvement projects (non-reforestation)<br />

list are mitigation items under this proposal.<br />
