Clutch weight Replacement<br />

Remove snap ring and washer, and then remove<br />

clutch weight and spring from driving plate.<br />

Caution<br />

Some of models are equipped with one mounting<br />

plate instead of 3 snap rings.<br />

Check if spring is damage or insufficient elasticity.<br />

Check if shock absorption rubber is damage or<br />

deformation. Replace it if necessary.<br />

Apply with grease onto setting pins.<br />

Install new clutch weight onto setting pin and then<br />

push to the specified location.<br />

Apply with grease onto setting pins.<br />

But, the clutch block should not be greased. If so,<br />

replace it.<br />

Caution<br />

Grease or lubricant will damage the clutch weight<br />

and effect the block’s connection capacity.<br />

Install the spring into groove with pliers.<br />
