12. COOLING SYSTEM<br />
Check reserve tank<br />
Remove the front cover, and then remove<br />
reserve tank filler cap.<br />
Check the liquid level in the reservoir. Add<br />
coolant to proper level if too low.<br />
Reinstall the reserve tank filler cap.<br />
Caution<br />
The reserve tank liquid level coca too is not high,<br />
after avoids the water temperature elevating, in<br />
the cooling system the refrigerant backflow<br />
floods.<br />
Radiator<br />
Check<br />
Remove the front cover, check for any leakage<br />
from weld seam.<br />
Blow radiator clean using compressed air. If the<br />
radiator is blocked by dirt, use low pressure water<br />
jet to clean it.<br />
Care shall be taken when straightening the sink<br />
fan.<br />
Removal<br />
Coolant leakage<br />
Sets at a vessel underneath the water pump,<br />
dismantles the drain bolt to leak off in the cooling<br />
system refrigerant.<br />
Remove front cover.<br />
Disconnect the couplers for the thermo switch and<br />
fan motor.<br />
Remove coolant inlet pipe.<br />
Loosen the radiator 2 bolts.<br />
