Removal of Starter motor<br />
Remove the battery cover (5 screws).<br />
Disconnect the cable negative terminal (-), then<br />
the cable positive terminal (+).<br />
Remove the luggage box.<br />
Remove the air cleaner.<br />
Loosen the lock bolts and remove the starter<br />
motor.<br />
Installation of Starter motor<br />
Install in reverse order of removal procedures.<br />

Remove handle front cover.<br />
Remove the front cover, and then remove meter<br />
coupler and handle switch coupler.<br />
Remove speedometer cable.<br />
Remove handle rear cover and speedometer.<br />
Loosen 3 screws, and then remove speedometer<br />
from handle rear cover.<br />
Installation of Starter motor<br />
Install in reverse order of removal procedures.<br />
