4. FUEL SYSTEM<br />
Carburetor removal<br />
Remove the luggage box.<br />
Loosen the adjustment nut and fixing nut of throttle<br />
valve cable, and release the cable from carburetor.<br />
Disconnect automatic by-starter connector.<br />
Release the clamp strip of air cleaner.<br />
Remove fuel pipe, vacuum hose.<br />
Release the clamp strip of carburetor insulator.<br />
Vacuum chamber<br />
Removal<br />
Loosen drain screw, and drain out residual fuel in<br />
float chamber.<br />
Remove 2 screws of vacuum chamber cover and<br />
the cover.<br />
Remove compress spring and vacuum piston.<br />
