5. ENGINE REMOVAL<br />
Removal of Engine<br />
Open seat and remove the luggage box (6 bolts<br />
and 1 screw).<br />
Remove rear carrier (4 bolts).<br />
Remove battery cover (2 screws).<br />
Remove battery negative (-) post.<br />
Remove battery positive (+) post.<br />
Remove tail light connector.<br />
Remove right and left body cover (2 bolts).<br />
Disconnect the auto by-starter wire connector.<br />
Disconnect A.C.G wire connectors.<br />
Remove starter motor wire from relay.<br />
Remove spark plug cap.<br />
Remove fuel pipe, vacuum tube and throttle valve<br />
wire from carburetor.<br />
Loosen the screw of air cleaner duct strip, and<br />
then remove the duct.<br />
