Install the seal washer into the rotor.<br />
Caution<br />
Washer must be replaced together with the<br />
mechanical seal.<br />
Install the rotor onto the water pump shaft and<br />
tighten.<br />
Torque Value: 1.0~1.4kgf-m<br />
Caution<br />
The rotor is left thread.<br />
Install the dowel pin and right cover gasket.<br />
The rotation water pump rotor, causes the water<br />
pump drive shaft scoop channel, aligns the oil<br />
pump drive shaft flange, install the right crank case.<br />
(bolts × 9)<br />
Install the dowel pin and new gasket.<br />
Install the water pump cover with 4 bolts.<br />
