Check if the vacuum piston for wear out, crack or<br />
other damage.<br />
Check if the diaphragm for damage or crack.<br />
Installation<br />
Install needle, spring and needle seat to vacuum<br />
piston.<br />
Install vacuum piston to carburetor body and align<br />
the indent on the diaphragm.<br />
Install compress spring.<br />
Install vacuum chamber cover and tighten 2<br />
screws.<br />
Caution<br />
Do not damage vacuum diaphragm.<br />
When tightening the vacuum chamber screw,<br />
hold down vacuum piston.<br />
