11. CRANKCASE / CRANK<br />
Tighten 4 bolts on the crankcase.<br />
Torque value: 0.8~1.2kgf-m<br />
Clean the crankshaft.<br />
Apply a layer of grease on the lip of oil seal, Puts<br />
on the left crank shaft.<br />
Install the oil seal in the left crankcase with care<br />
not to damage the lip of the oil seal.<br />
By oil seal driver (25×40×8), oil seal will knock into<br />
locate.<br />
Special tool:<br />
Oil seal driver (25*40*8)<br />
Install the tensioner and tighten the bolts.<br />
Torque value: 1.2 ~1.6kgf-m<br />
Install the cam chain.<br />
Install the cam chain setting plate.<br />
