1. While logged into the Workarea in the Content section, choose Folders > MainSite<br />

> Content > Support > Knowledge Base. The View Content screen displays the current<br />

articles in the Knowledge Base.<br />

2. Choose New > HTML Content. A content editor appears.<br />

3. Add the Title and content of the article.<br />

4. On the Category tab, choose <strong>OnTrek</strong> Site Navigation > Support > Knowledge Base,<br />

and check the type of article.<br />

5. Click Publish.<br />

Administrators can add subfolders to the default or user-created Knowledge Base page directly,<br />

as described in the following steps.<br />

1. On the Knowledge Base page on the left side, right click on the Knowledge Base folder and<br />

choose Add Folder. The Add Folder dialog box appears.<br />

2. Specify the name of a subfolder (or example, Best Practices) then click Add. The folder<br />

is added to the list as shown in the following sample figure.<br />

When you add content to a folder, the taxonomy of the folder is applied to the content<br />

automatically.<br />

Modifying the Request Support Form<br />

The Request Support page is created <strong>with</strong> a HTML Form. To modify this form, follow these steps.<br />

1. While logged in to the Request Support page, open the access point ( ) and choose Edit.<br />

The Request Support form appears in the content editor.<br />

2. Modify the form. For information about HTML Forms, see the <strong>Ektron</strong> Reference. The following<br />

figure shows a modified form and the result when you click Publish.<br />
