Step Setup Screen
This section explains the steps to install the Ektron Document
Management Add-on on client systems. The client setup needs to
be performed on all client systems that connect to a server with
Ektron Document Management Add-on installed on it.
If you have a large client base to deploy, you should use
deployment software. A good Web site for deployment software
information and links is http://appdeploy.com/.
1. Double click the executable file dms400client.exe. The file’s default location is C:\Program
Files\Ektron\CMS400v50\DMS400v11\AssetManagement\ektasset\clientinsta
ll
Note: This step is not necessary if the install was launched from the server setup.
If you are using Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox as a client, you need to run this install.
