The neutron scattering (IINS, QNS, NPD) study [3,5] in the temperature range of 20–<br />

277 K give also evidence of the fast stochastic reorientational motions of NH 3 in all phases of<br />

[Zn(NH 3 ) 4 ](BF 4 ) 2 ,and [Co(NH3) 6 ](ClO 4 ) 3 measured by us in presented above NMR studies.<br />
