Your Personal Adviser<br />
• Every school has a Personal Adviser (PA); many have two.<br />
• PAs come into school every week.<br />
• They can provide information <strong>and</strong> advice to help you to select your best<br />
option at the end of Year 11.<br />
• Some of you will be seen in groups, others may benefit from an<br />
individual interview. This is usually decided from the information on<br />
the careers questionnaire you do in Year 10.<br />
• Your form tutor will tell you the time of your interview or group<br />
session.<br />
• These are friendly informal sessions - so don’t be nervous.<br />
• Your PA will keep in touch with you until you are settled in a job,<br />
apprenticeship, or on a course.<br />
