Policy - A policy is a plan <strong>of</strong> action for tackl<strong>in</strong>g political issues. It is <strong>of</strong>ten <strong>in</strong>itated by a political party<br />

Traditional Boat – These boats are an outrigger, built <strong>in</strong> sew<strong>in</strong>g technique <strong>and</strong> totally made <strong>of</strong><br />
wood. The bottom part <strong>of</strong> the boat was a dugout log, on which sides two rows <strong>of</strong> strakes had been<br />
sewn up. It was equipped with fish<strong>in</strong>g nets, wooden oars <strong>and</strong> a small iron anchor.<br />
Trawler – A trawler is a fish<strong>in</strong>g vessel designed for the purpose <strong>of</strong> operat<strong>in</strong>g a trawl, a net that is<br />
dragged along the bottom <strong>of</strong> the sea (or sometimes above the bottom at a specified depth).<br />
Refrigeration mach<strong>in</strong>ery aboard allows trawlers to stay out for several weeks.<br />
