2. Stock management system that is explained in this manual is being introduced<br />
and Tamhestan <strong>programme</strong> staff are asked to enter all in<strong>for</strong>mati<strong>on</strong> to batch<br />
cards and inventory c<strong>on</strong>trol cards. Following events take place after they open<br />
new batch and inventory cards <strong>for</strong> the current <strong>stock</strong> <strong>on</strong> 1 January 2007.<br />
3. On 5 January 2007, as scheduled Tamhestan receives the following internati<strong>on</strong>al<br />
shipment:<br />

Expiry date 08 - 2008<br />
Manufacturer: LLL<br />
Voucher number: PO-111A<br />
No diluents arrived. You checked with the carrier company and the manufacturer. You have learned that<br />
there was a problem with the cargo space in the plane and the diluents were offloaded. They are scheduled<br />
to arrive <strong>on</strong> 17 January 2007.<br />
4. Tamhestan primary vaccine store staff opens new batch card <strong>for</strong> this vaccine<br />
and enters the same in<strong>for</strong>mati<strong>on</strong> to measles inventory c<strong>on</strong>trol card.<br />
5. On 7 January 2007, primary vaccine store receives a requisiti<strong>on</strong> and issue<br />
voucher from Devrek intermediate vaccine store:<br />
