6.8.2. Bioethanol from Sugar Beet<br />
Should a bioethanol plant be developed within the State then there would be a potential to continue growing sugar<br />
beet for the production of bioethanol. Table 6.13 explores the energy potential if 50% of the current area planted with<br />
sugar beet was to be retained as an energy crop.<br />
