5.7 POLICY ON HIV AND AIDS<br />
The <strong>University</strong> issues guidelines annually on HIV/AIDS and recommends<br />
that <strong>College</strong>s should <strong>for</strong>mulate policies based on them. This <strong>College</strong>’s policy<br />
is reviewed annually, incorporating new evidence and advice provided by<br />
medical bodies and the <strong>University</strong>’s working group. The policy is<br />
<strong>for</strong>mulated to promote the safety <strong>of</strong> all members <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong> and its<br />
employees. It can be found on the <strong>College</strong> website. (See Appendix 3 on<br />
