The specific product forming rate and the efficiency coefficient can be<br />
calculated and these offer information on the efficiency of the fermentation process.<br />
Thus, at the end of the fermentation, based on the obtained data, it resulted that:<br />
q p = 1/0.15 · (0.95-0.0165) / 14 · 60, so q p =7.4 U enzyme/g biomass/min<br />
The efficiency coefficient was calculated using the same data, and we obtained<br />
Y p/x = (0.95-0.0165) / (0.15-0.233), so Yp/x=7370 U enzyme/g biomass.<br />
