Annexes
• Ensure monitoring of project’s results, and capitalisation and dissemination of project’s
experience in the area of value chain development, and
• Develop the capacity of the PNGO staff in line with the new approaches and strategies
of the project.
Qualification:
• Masters in Marketing or Agriculture or relevant subjects
• At least 5 years experience in relevant field
• Strong facilitation skills
• Good level of conceptual abilities
PROJ-10 Manager – Admin and Finance

• Establish and ensure a standard financial management and accounting system at the
partner organisations, regions and project levels,
• Ensure that IC’s administrative and financial rules and regulations are followed at all
levels of the project,
• Prepare budgets, disburse fund to the regions and partner organisations and monitor the
expenses on a regular basis, and ensure regular financial reporting at all levels,
• Ensure proper transaction and procurement procedures, and external and internal audits
of the project and partner organisations,
• Establish and ensure maintaining a proper filing system and a transparent inventory
management system at the project, region and partner organisation levels.
• Maintain liaison and regular contact with IC Delegation Office regarding Administrative
and Financial matters
• Supervise and provide capacity building support to the admin and finance personnel at
the projects, regions and partner organisations levels.
Qualification:
• Masters degree in Commerce
• At least 8 years experience in relevant job
• Strong analytical and resource management skills
PROJ-11 Publication and Communication Officer

• Based on the needs of the farmers/producers of the project, prepare annual plan for
training/promotional materials to be developed and published,
• Identify resource persons/organisations for the production of the training/promotional
materials,
