Employerbranding and Graduate Trainee Program<br />

We aredeveloping an employer branding campaign to increase our presence in the<br />

market. In addition, strategic partnerships, with top universities will help us to<br />

maintain atalent pipeline.Thanks to these partnerships we have already been able<br />

to offer several students internships or graduate trainee positions.<br />

Our Graduate Trainee Program attracts career starters who are passionate<br />

about the chocolate business and develops their potential through three international<br />

assignments over atwo-year period within afunctional area. Upon successful<br />

completion of the program, they will have the opportunity to take onaposition<br />

within the Group wherethey can use their in-depth business know-how.InSeptember<br />

2011, we enrolled the largest group of international trainees ever –16new graduates<br />

on four continents. 50% of them are non-European and 40% are women –<br />

a wealth of diversity that enriches our company.<br />
