Moisturizers<br />
Providing skin w<strong>it</strong>h moisture and retaining water inside dermis are two functions<br />
expected from almost any skin care product. Nikko Chemicals offers various<br />
moisturizing actives, as well as other ingredients w<strong>it</strong>h moisturizing properties.<br />
Primary Ingredients<br />
Botanical ingredients are marked :<br />
Stable emulsion bases containing ceramides 2, 3, 6Ⅱ,<br />
Ceralipids and other ingredients: phytosteryl isostearate (Ceralipid<br />
PI236) ; phytosphingosine (Ceralipid PS236). Provide skin<br />
w<strong>it</strong>h ceramides to improve lipid barrier and preserve<br />
moisture. Dissolve easily in water due to lower melting<br />
point compared to ceramides; form lamella structure to<br />
keep ceramides stable when diluted w<strong>it</strong>h water.<br />

Blend of three oriental extracts w<strong>it</strong>h strong moisturizing<br />
activ<strong>it</strong>y. Increases profilaggrin mRNA, provides skin w<strong>it</strong>h<br />
amino acids and promotes synthesis of hyaluronic acids.<br />
A superior multifunctional complex for an effective<br />
moisturizing product.<br />
<strong>Extract</strong> from the tropical fru<strong>it</strong> Luffa. Rich w<strong>it</strong>h fru<strong>it</strong> saponins<br />
(lucyosides). Superior moisturizing properties. Clinically<br />
tested: 90% improvement in skin cond<strong>it</strong>ion measured 12<br />

various flavonoids and berberine. Increases Natural<br />
Moisture Factor (NMF) by stimulating profilaggrin mRNA<br />
synthesis. Add<strong>it</strong>ional anti-microbial and anti-oxidant<br />
properties.<br />
An ester of Phytosterol w<strong>it</strong>h strong moisturizing properties.<br />
Works as a superior emollient and stabilizer of emulsions.<br />
