Nikkomulese 41
Great solution for a moisture retaining formula: O/W emulsifier; forms a gel network structure in
water; superior water-proof effects; long-lasting moisturizing effects; can emulsify various kinds of
oils. Increases SPF of sunscreen formulations and helps to keep active ingredients on the skin.
In addition, Nikkomulese 41 exhibits anti-microbial properties, allowing to reduce preservative level
in the formula.

stronger water-resistance
compared to those prepared
with traditional emulsifiers. (As
shown in the picture, cream
prepared with Nikkomulese 41
(2.5%), is still visible on slide glass
after washing.)
