Plastic wrap
Rubber bands
Construction paper

Directions
Before the program begins, cut the plastic wrap into small squares that are large enough to fit
around the bottom of the paper towel tube. Attach a square of plastic wrap around one end of a
paper towel tube with rubber band. Let the participants decorate the tube using the construction
paper and markers.
