Applications<br />

Requirements for revising seminars are different for<br />

residence schools and seminar schools.<br />

Residence school requests for seminar revisions require:<br />

• form PS-302RS, New Seminar Application Instructions<br />

for Residence Schools (see Appendix 29)<br />

• one copy of the current catalog pages<br />

• one copy of the proposed catalog pages<br />

• original and one copy of form PS-042R, Summary of<br />

Changes Residence Schools (see Appendix 18).<br />

Catalog Pages<br />

Proposed catalog pages for a residence school seminar<br />

revision should include the:<br />

• seminar title<br />

• seminar objectives stated in terms of what students will<br />

learn to do<br />

• seminar admissions requirements<br />

• seminar length in clock hours (excluding time for breaks<br />

and or meals)<br />

• main skills to be learned<br />

• cost of the seminar, including tuition, fees, supplies, and<br />

books, if applicable.<br />
