The school must evaluate progress every academic<br />

semester, academic quarter, or at least every eight<br />

weeks in block-time programs.<br />

• The requirements for graduation are:<br />

a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale<br />

a passing grade on all required subjects.<br />

• If the student’s cumulative GPA is unsatisfactory at<br />

the end of a grading period, the school must place<br />

the student on probation for the next grading<br />

period.<br />

• If after two consecutive probationary periods the<br />

student’s cumulative GPA is not satisfactory, the<br />

school must terminate the student’s enrollment.<br />
