according to the 2000<br />
Census.<br />
• B - All counties in the next<br />
largest set of metropolitan<br />
areas which together account<br />
for 30% of U.S. households.<br />
• C - All counties in the next<br />
largest set of areas -<br />
including both metropolitan<br />
areas and non-metropolitan<br />
counties, which account for<br />
15% of U.S. households.<br />
• D - All remaining counties.<br />
