<strong>Launch</strong> readiness<br />

review (LRR)<br />

An LRR is conducted and approval is given to the launch team to<br />

commence launch operations.<br />

<strong>Launch</strong> vehicle<br />

erection<br />

The hangar doors are opened and the automatic sequence that moves the<br />

Zenit-3SL to the launch pad is initiated. As the integrated launch vehicle<br />

moves to the pad, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and propellant lines<br />

are automatically connected. Before erection, air is switched from the<br />

portable conditioned air supply to the pad conditioned air supply system.<br />

Erection is automatically accomplished and the integrated launch vehicle<br />

is rotated to a vertical position.<br />
