Support services<br />

Arrangements for the following services will be made by <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Launch</strong> on<br />

customer request. Charges for requested services will be billed to the<br />

customer.<br />

• Long-distance phone calls (from phones, facsimile machines, and<br />

teleconferencing facilities).<br />

• Access to Internet service provider.<br />

• Bandwidth exceeding standard offering.<br />

• Office supplies.<br />

• Office equipment (computers).<br />

• Secretarial services—-bilingual for non-English-speaking<br />

customers.<br />

• Translation and interpretation services.<br />

• Telecommunications charges associated with forwarding data<br />

from the communications node in Brewster, Washington, to the<br />

final destination.<br />

• Standard equipment calibration services.<br />

• Support of Home Port personnel during off shifts (e.g., second or<br />

third shift on weekdays and any weekend shifts).<br />

• Analysis of particulate and NVR in the cleanrooms.<br />

• Customer-requested evacuation of personnel during marine<br />

operations.<br />

• Specialized handling equipment.<br />

Materials • Gaseous nitrogen.<br />

• Oxygen.<br />

• Helium.<br />

• Liquid nitrogen.<br />

• Isopropyl alcohol.<br />

• Deionized water.<br />

• Solvents and gases in addition to negotiated quantities.<br />
