Fine Weather in Seattle

Weather in Seattle is very nice. The sun is shining brightly overhead everyday.
The first day when we arrived in the University of Washington, it was raining and all
of us needed to open an umbrella. That made us so many troubles as all of us were
carrying a lot of luggage. Then, we were afraid the weather there might be very bad
later on. However, we were wrong. It was because the sun shined overhead on the
second day and during the whole period. There was no rain within the three weeks
when we were staying there.
Temperature was about 20ºC to 30ºC. It was a little bite hot during the
daytime. But Seattle was not as humid as in Hong Kong. So, we felt quite comfortable
to stay in there. People there always go out to have a sunbath on the beautiful glass
land. However, we did not adapt to that as you know we were afraid to become dark
on the skin. We were not used to have any outdoor activities when we were in Hong
Kong. Also, my skin was even burnt by the sun. So, we have covered lots of sun
cream on our skins to prevent getting dark. The foreigners are different from us. They
love sunshine very much. Once, our teacher has asked us to do interview outsides the
classroom. Then, we have gone out to find some students to interview. However,
there were only a few people were sitting on the glass land outsides our classroom.
After the lesson, we went to the canteen for lunch. The sun appeared on the sky again
and many students went out and bathed under the sun on the glass land. Then, we
found that foreigners enjoy the sunshine very much.
We felt a little bite cool during morning and night. We even needed to put on a
thicker clothe on the morning and night after the sunset. After the sunset, we felt cold
when the wind blew. Therefore, we needed to buy linen at the first day we arrived in
the University of Washington. Although it was very expensive, it was quite useful
during night.
I really like the nice weather in there. Rooms do not provide air conditioners
as the summer is not long. Also, there is dryer than in Hong Kong. I felt comfortable
