Transfer<br />

When your travel requires riding a second bus, you can ask the driver for a<br />

free transfer when you pay your fare. With the transfer, you are free to ride any<br />

Metro’s bus before the expiration time indicated.<br />

Bus Tunnel<br />

<strong>The</strong>re is a bus tunnel in downtown Seattle for Metro bus. <strong>The</strong> tunnel runs<br />

under Pine Street And 3 rd Avenue with 5 downtown Seattle’s stations, Convention<br />

Place, Westlake, University Street, Pioneer Square and the International District. All<br />

tunnel buses stop at each station. Hours are 5a.m.–7p.m.Monday-Friday and 10a.m.-<br />

6a.m.Saturday, closed Sunday and holidays.<br />

Can bike ride the bus?<br />

In Seattle, there is one thing quite special—bike can also ride the bus. In front<br />

of each bus, there are two places for passengers to put on their bikes. Of course it is<br />
