SUBSEQUENT EVENT Increase in equity share of joint venture The Group has increased its interest in its joint venture company, STAR Automotive Center (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (“STAR GZ”) from 50% to 100% for a purchase consideration of RMB7.36 million ($1,470,000). Additionally, the Group has injected RMB4 million ($800,000) to increase the registered capital of STAR GZ.
