12.2.3. Shipping/intake figure For Agricultural Products:<br />

12.2.3.1. The Terminal will weigh all agricultural products to or <strong>from</strong> vessels on its<br />

shipping and intake scales or in the absence thereof via a draft survey.<br />

When AMV tippers are used as a method of discharge then the road<br />

weighbridge will be utilised to ascertain the weights. These tonnages are<br />

used for billing/invoicing purposes as well on reports submitted to third<br />

parties (e.g. South African Grain Information service.)<br />

12.3. Ro-Ro Automotive Terminal: Port of Durban<br />

12.3.1. Operating hours and shift times<br />

12.3.1.1. Mondays to Fridays:<br />

12.3.1.1.1. Morning: 06.00 to 14.00<br />

12.3.1.1.2. Afternoon: 14.00 to 22.00<br />

12.3.1.1.3. Night: 22.00 to 06.00<br />

12.3.1.2. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays:<br />

12.3.1.2.1. Day: 07.00 to 17.45<br />

12.3.1.2.2. Night: 18.00 to 05.45<br />

12.3.2. Phase I nomination<br />

12.3.2.1. At the time of nomination the vessel or representative must provide the<br />

port rotation of cargo, weight of cargo and any IMCO class cargo details.<br />

12.3.2.2. All vessels nominated as required herein must provide a daily update <strong>from</strong><br />

and including day fourteen (14) <strong>from</strong> ETA, the purpose of which is to<br />

enhance stack predictability.<br />

12.3.2.3. Nominations may be submitted up to 60 days <strong>from</strong> ETA.<br />

12.3.2.4. Should vessels compete for the same berth and arrive at outer anchorage<br />

as contemplated in clause 2.1.10, the following matters will be considered<br />

when assigning priority:<br />
