12.3.3.2.5. The number of High & Heavy units;<br />
12.3.3.2.6. The number of Static pieces/packages onboard;<br />
12.3.3.2.7. The number of “Mafi” trailers for discharge or loading inclusive of<br />
marks/prefixes for “Mafi’s”/bolsters being loaded, as well as details<br />
of any “Mafi” trailers that may need to be shifted between the<br />
berths or used as service trailers;<br />
12.3.3.2.8. The number of units of transhipment cargo to be loaded/<br />
discharged;<br />
12.3.3.2.9. The number of Re-stow units, both direct and indirect together with<br />
the commencement time and duration of the operation. Failure to<br />
disclose this information will impact negatively on planning, giving<br />
rise to unproductive cargo working which will result in the vessel<br />
having to be re-planned;<br />
12.3.3.2.10. Details of any specialized cargo as well as handling requirements for<br />
that cargo;<br />
12.3.3.2.11. The prevailing available Ro-Ro Terminal capacity as well as any<br />
prevailing constraints must be highlighted;<br />
12.3.3.2.12. The Terminal will supply a bay plan indicating where the Import /<br />
Export units are to be planned and placed in the terminal. Export<br />
units must be identified by make, model, Port of Discharge and if<br />
required, by final destination;<br />
12.3.3.2.13. Updated Booking on exports and Manifest import lists must be<br />
supplied to the terminal;<br />
12.3.3.2.14. Shipping and trans-shipping orders must be confirmed by TPT as<br />
processed and passed, and documentation which is identified as<br />
being required but which has not yet been received will be<br />
requested <strong>from</strong> the representative at the Phase II meeting for<br />
follow up by that representative;<br />
12.3.3.2.15. Time on the berth must be agreed, including the estimated time for<br />
vessel cargo working commencement and completion. This must<br />
provide for sufficient time for the vessel to complete working;<br />
12.3.3.2.16. The rate per hour for the discharge and loading operation must be<br />
planned, which will be dependent on the cargo mix and proximity to<br />
the pre-assembled cargo in relation to the allocated berth;<br />
