Changes in the natural state of water are to be made as
stated herein and for the purposes indicated.
During the effective period of' this permit, the permittee
shall comply with the following conditions:
CONDITIONS:
1. Follow acceptable engineering standards in
exercising the rights granted herein.
2. Comply wi th all applicable laws, and any rules
and/or regulations issued thereunder.
3 • Indemnify the State against and hold it harmless
from any and all claims, demands, suits, loss,
liability and expense for injury to or death of
persons and damages to or loss of property arising
out of or connected with the exercise of the
privileges covered by this permit.
4. Notify the Alaska Division of Land and Water
Management upon CHANGE OF ADDRESS or TRANSFER OF
ANY REAL PROPERTY related thereto.
5. Pursuant to 11 AAC 93 .930 if no obj ections are
received within one year, the changes authorized by
this temporary permit will become permanent and an
amended permit or Certificate of Appropriation will
be issued to represent the water right as changed.
6. Pursuant to AS 46.15.100 and 11 AAC 93.120(b), the
permittee shall keep daily records of the amount of
water used in the Upper and Lower Powerhouses, and
submit those records to the Southeast .Regional
Office on a quarterly basis.
The Division of Land and Water Management may suspend
operations effected under this permit whenever such
suspension shall in its judgement be necessary to protect
the public interest or that of a prior appropriator.
Priority date: December 31, 1913
This permit shall expire:
May 31, 1986
