Since the license application involves no new construction, we have no objections to licensing. The Salllon Creek system was determined "not eligible" for the National Register of 1983. The Annex Creek system may be eligible for its engineering significance. From the information on hand, It appears that a lot of the original structures remain in use. Eligibility does not seem to be an important question right now. When major modifications to the old structures are plaDned, historic values need to be taken into account (see 36 CFR 800).
