7 • The water level of Salmon Creek shall not fall
below 1.4 feet as measured at the staging gauge.
8. A precise description of the location and elevation
of the staging gauge established by survey shall be
provided by the applicant within 60 days of
issuance of this permit. The staging gauge shall
be permanently enclosed.
9. Should there be changes in the course or
the stream, a new staging gauge value
selected which corresponds to the
discharge in cubic feet per second as
the 1.4 foot level on the staging gauge
