D-6 4.0 ESTIMATED ANNUAL VALUE OF PROJECT POWER The estimated annual value of Project power is estimated as the average annual cost of obtaining an equivalent amount of power from the lowest cos tal terna t i ve source. The a 1 terna t i ve source for the power genera ted at Annex Creek and Salmon Creek would be a 10-MW diesel generator as described in Section 2.3. The annual value of Project power for the diesel alternative is shown in Table 0-5. The total annual cost over the 40-year license period is estimated to be $197,420,325. (B0678B)
