13. The names, addresses and legal description for each parcel of property within three hundred<br />
(300) feet of the exterior boundary of the subject property as shown by the records of the<br />
King County Assessor.<br />
14. Other information, plans, data and diagrams as required by the Shoreline Administrator. All<br />
site plans and maps shall be drawn to scale and shall clearly indicate scale on the lower righthand<br />
corner and be attached to the application.<br />
7.4.5 Public Notice<br />
Applicants are responsible for the following public notices as part of any Shoreline Conditional<br />
Use application. Public notice requirements under SEPA may be satisfied concurrently as part of<br />
the Shoreline Conditional Use Permit process.<br />
1. Notification by regular mail no less than twenty (20) days prior to the public hearing to all<br />
owners of property lying within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property being<br />
developed or supporting the proposed improvement. The form of such notice shall be<br />
provided by the City and the content shall be approved by the Shoreline Administrator prior<br />
to mailing.<br />
2. Posting of a thirty-two (32) square foot sign at the subject property, presenting the following<br />
information:<br />
a. Type of permit applied for;<br />
b. Brief description of proposed use;<br />
c. Address of subject property;<br />
d. Applicant's name;<br />
e. Public hearing time and date; and<br />
f. Invitation to express views on proposal at the public hearing or in writing to the<br />
Shoreline Administrator one week prior to the public hearing date (date to be<br />
specified).<br />
3. Publication of public notice in a newspaper with local distribution no less than once a week<br />
for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication date no less than thirty (30) days prior to<br />
the public hearing date.<br />
4. An affidavit that the notice has been properly published, posted and deposited in the U. S.<br />
mail pursuant to the, above requirements shall be submitted to the Shoreline Administrator at<br />
least thirty (30) days in advance of the public hearing.<br />
7.4.6 Public Meeting<br />
A public meeting shall be held by the Planning Agency regarding an application for a Shoreline<br />
Conditional Use Permit. The public meeting should be held at the earliest possible date after the<br />
thirty (30) day public comment period has ended. The Planning Agency shall determine the<br />
application's compliance with the review criteria for Conditional Uses in addition to any other<br />
criteria to be met specified by the Municipal Code or statute, and recommend the permit<br />
application be forwarded to City Council for review and approval.<br />
