with two new appointments.<br />

Based in Oughtibridge, Sheffield,<br />

David Carley is Lotus Professional’s<br />

new General Manager. Previously<br />

the company’s Sales Director, David<br />

will utilise his extensive industry<br />

experience to further enhance the<br />

Lotus Professional brand in the UK.<br />

with energy savings resulting from<br />

intelligent plant management and<br />

efficient maintenance. This conservation-based<br />

OCS Transport Services, part of<br />

property services giant OCS, has<br />

been awarded a prestigious contract<br />

to undertake the aircraft<br />

grooming for the entire British<br />

Airways fleet at London Gatwick<br />

Airport.<br />

Historically, BA had split its aircraft<br />

cleaning contracts between two<br />

suppliers for many years but, following<br />

a tender process and on the<br />

back of consistent service excellence<br />

from OCS, BA has now awarded<br />

its entire work, consisting of<br />

more than 100 flights a day, to the<br />

company.<br />

OCS’ association with BA goes back<br />

for many years and, to enable OCS<br />

to handle this additional business,<br />

the company has made significant<br />

investment in new equipment,<br />

including new aircraft provision hilifts,<br />

a new potable water bowser,<br />

and toilet servicing vehicles. In<br />

addition, OCS has invested in the<br />

latest technology for aircraft carpet<br />

cleaning machines and additional<br />

crew buses to transport its<br />

employees from one aircraft to<br />

another.<br />

Chris Cracknell, chief executive of<br />

(PCT) Environmental Services.<br />

A recognised business, trading for<br />

more than 10 years, PCT<br />

Environmental Services offers top<br />

quality, high specification pest control<br />

across the UK.<br />

Established in 1995 PCT will enable<br />

Cannon Pest Control to improve the<br />

density of its service portfolio and<br />

brings its turnover to more than<br />

£8M.<br />
