• A comprehensive landscape scheme.<br />

• Maintenance of access to allotments.<br />

• New vehicular access from London Road.<br />

• Bus access to / from Roundway Park.<br />

• Respect for the amenity of existing residents.<br />

• Regard to the effect of the Helipad.<br />

• Improved links with adjacent leisure / recreation facilities<br />

• Energy efficiency.<br />

• A layout which represents high quality urban design.<br />

• A layout which encourages <strong>walk</strong>ing and cycling.<br />
