The anomaly was investigated using side scan sonar, sector scan sonar and ROV in 2010. The ROV survey conclusively showed that the source of the anomaly was a 20 foot (6.1m) long section of iron pipe. Recommendations LCMM recommends no further work at A43. Figure 84.
