(7) In summary it can be stated that <strong>the</strong> significant difference in <strong>the</strong> domestic position <strong>of</strong><br />
average nominal earnings for <strong>the</strong> <strong>IT</strong>/<strong>ICT</strong>-pr<strong>of</strong>essions between <strong>the</strong> Czech Republic <strong>and</strong><br />
compared foreign countries (i.e. roughly double <strong>the</strong> average national level <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> st<strong>and</strong>ard in<br />
<strong>the</strong> Czech Republic compared to <strong>the</strong> average in o<strong>the</strong>r countries) is <strong>the</strong> basic factor for <strong>the</strong> fact<br />
that <strong>the</strong> motivation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se pr<strong>of</strong>essions to work in Germany, Austria <strong>and</strong> Irel<strong>and</strong>, as far as<br />
temporary (stay, return) migration is concerned, is on or under <strong>the</strong> threshold <strong>of</strong> income<br />
favourableness. Certain earning stimuli exist in Great Britain.<br />
It is possible to express <strong>the</strong> hypo<strong>the</strong>sis that, from <strong>the</strong> factors influencing <strong>the</strong> domestic level <strong>of</strong><br />
income for <strong>the</strong> <strong>IT</strong>/<strong>ICT</strong>-pr<strong>of</strong>essions in <strong>the</strong> Czech Republic, <strong>the</strong> fact that “work (i.e. projects,<br />
orders, <strong>the</strong> institutional organisation <strong>of</strong>, for example, foreign companies) come to <strong>the</strong> Czech<br />
Republic to <strong>the</strong> people who will perform it (i.e. <strong>IT</strong>/<strong>ICT</strong>-pr<strong>of</strong>essions)” has a significant effect.<br />
This <strong>the</strong>n has a favourable effect on <strong>the</strong> overall economic conditions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> companies <strong>and</strong><br />
workplaces in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> computer technology <strong>and</strong> influences <strong>the</strong> relatively low earnings<br />
motivation <strong>of</strong> <strong>IT</strong>/<strong>ICT</strong>-specialists to migrate to o<strong>the</strong>r countries for work.<br />
