<strong>in</strong>crease <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> availability of<br />

health-care services, though<br />

<strong>the</strong>ir op<strong>in</strong>ions vary on <strong>the</strong><br />

provision of services and<br />

attitudes of health workers.<br />
