Year One – Expansion Activities<br />
At this time, SAHA is completing several activities that will increase the supply of<br />
affordably priced housing in San Antonio by 827 units. These activities include<br />
development and acquisition of new housing, completing development plans for projects<br />
to be implemented within the next two years and concept testing for additional projects<br />
that may be built in the next three to five years. In order to complete this work, an<br />
estimated $7.3M in Replacement Housing Factor Funds will be used as well as an<br />
estimated $1.1M in Preservation and Expansion Funds.<br />
